To Premier Christy Clark… You say you want to put families first…?!?

This is not my usual post: instead it is a message and a link to some very important information. Please read and share with those whom you think might be affected or are in the position to advocate for themselves or someone else.

The following is reprinted from an email I received from BCACL. I think this is important enough to families of children/or adults with disabilities (autism or ???) to repost:

“The message below is from Moms on the Move (MOMS) regarding Premier Christy Clark’s promise to CTV investigators to make sure the families who were featured in tonight’s newscast would receive the supports they need.

BCACL joins MOMS in urging all families who are not receiving the supports they need to email the Premier immediately and ask that she intervene on their behalf. premier@gov.bc.ca
*Please cc BCACL (info@bcacl.org) so we can help make sure you receive a prompt response.

Thank you for passing this on…
